AIPP stands for the Association of International Property Professionals who have an office based in London, UK.  The AIPP mission statement is to set, maintain and improve professional and ethical property selling practice in overseas markets so that you, the customer, can have confidence in the knowledge that dealing with an AIPP member means you are dealing with a genuinely experienced property professional.

We voluntarily signed up to the AIPP code of ethics and practice (designed to ensure the highest standards in the international property industry) and to subject ourselves to its regulation.  All AIPP (www.aipp.org.uk) members are investigated prior to acceptance to ensure they are trading legally and ethically with more than the requisite 3 years minimum experience in this industry. This assures you of our commitment to professional good practice and that you can buy your chosen property safely and securely.
