Andalucia and Murcia Select CB (Estate Agency) is a registered business actively run by its two partner directors with a combined experience of 10 years selling new and re-sale property in “our” part of beautiful southern Spain. Our main offices are based in San Juan de los Terreros (covering Eastern Almeria and Murcia) and Garrucha. We understand the importance of local knowledge and expertise when buying a property and guarantee that you will meet with a staff member living and working in the areas we are marketing either directly or via our partner offices.
We voluntarily signed up to the AIPP code of ethics and practice designed to ensure the highest standards in the international property industry and to subject ourselves to its regulation. All AIPP (www.aipp.org.uk) members are investigated prior to acceptance to ensure they are trading legally and ethically with more than the requisite 3 years minimum experience in this industry. This assures you of our commitment to professional good practice and that you can buy your chosen property safely and securely. We are also members of the British Chamber of Commerce in Spain.
We provide a complete service from initial enquiry, after-sales and property completion and transfer of utility bills etc to ensure your stress free transition from one country to another. We keep you fully up to date with all purchase progress whether re-sale or new build. If you are buying off-plan then we send you regular photo updates (and we always check out the legal and paper-work status of all developments we offer before presenting them for sale to you). We pre-select the builders and developers we work with to ensure you are buying a correctly constructed quality property. “Our” builders know we expect contract build times to be met or beaten so that we can assure your peace of mind (and our professional reputation!).
We send all our purchasing customers our fact sheet “When you move in to your new home in Spain” as guidance on how to move and live here legally and safely. This covers issues such as health care, house and vehicle insurance, identity documentation, and the process of empadronamiento (registering yourself at your local town hall so they receive funding for you, thus improving your environment) and registering to vote in local and European elections.
