- Basura Tax (Rubbish tax).
- Recent Nota Simple (no more than a month old). This contains information about the property and any debts outstanding on it. Or for a fee of 12 euros we can obtain one
- Catastral Value of the property (used to calculate the IBI receipt value)
- IBI Receipt (The rateable value of the property according to the town hall)
- Copies of Water & Electric bills
- First Occupancy Licence
- Community Fees (where applicable)
- Details of the community (where applicable)

We need this information before viewing a property to allow time for preparation of paperwork. This is to comply with decree 218, a law regulating all estate agents operating in Andalucia. If you are unsure of how to obtain any of this information then we will guide you through the process. We will always provide you with a signed sales agreement prior to listing your property for your complete peace of mind.
