We offer property for sale in Andalucia and Murcia, two distinctly different autonomous regions in southern Spain.  Therefore, in terms of property planning, regional laws apply and these vary significantly between the two.  Almeria is a province of Andalucia and therefore Junta de Andalucia planning rules apply.  This means that the majority of detached  villas are built on urban plots of around 600m2.  Properties with larger urban plots are available at a slight premium.
